Domestic Shipping

Orders of JAX Products are normally shipped via UPS ground. Many JAX Products are considered hazardous; however, only the 5-gallon containers that are denoted with an asterisk (*) are subject to the Hazardous Materials Charge of $35.00 (in addition to the UPS shipping charges).

It is advantageous to order 5 (or more) individual gallons instead of ordering a single 5-gallon container. Larger orders may be shipped by a common carrier of your choice. Hazardous materials CANNOT be shipped by the United States Postal Service and CANNOT be shipped to a post office box. Ground shipments to Canada are treated the same way as domestic shipping.

Domestic air shipping of hazardous materials is possible. There are limitations to how much material can be inside air packages. The domestic air hazardous material charge is $98 (in addition to the UPS shipping charges). NOTE: Overnight or 2nd day domestic air shipping of hazardous goods is prohibitively expensive and is not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipments are extremely expensive. It only makes sense to ship large quantities of JAX Products internationally. When shipped internationally, hazardous shipments are referred to as “Dangerous Goods” (DG). International DG shipments will be treated on a case by case basis by JAX.

Do not attempt to RESHIP JAX Products. YOU WILL EXPERIENCE SERIOUS FINES OR IMPRISONMENT FROM IMPROPER SHIPPING OF HAZARDOUS GOODS. We must stress: do NOT attempt to reship JAX Products without proper training or certifications. The risk is not worth it.
